Black British Art Now
Developed and led by Lisa Anderson, this course offers an in-depth overview of contemporary Black British art since 2020. It delves into the artistic expressions and narratives of influential artists like Sonia Boyce and John Akomfrah, examining how they reflect diverse perspectives and address themes of identity and social justice through their work. Additionally, the course explores the significant role of archives in preserving cultural memory and advocating for change.
